Dwight House is a 9-bedroom home with 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, and a co-working space that is shared by all tenants of the house.

The house is 4 blocks from Downtown Berkeley Bart & 3 blocks from UC Berkeley and walking distance to restaurants, stores, & theaters. Co-living and co-working spaces are shared. General cleaning is done by professional cleaners.

We handle all apartment amenities, kitchen, and bathroom essentials, and more! All you need to bring with you are your personal items, and we will handle the rest.
