Many of you have left Berkeley to go home, school instruction and work have transitioned online, students don't know when they will go back to school again, workers don't know when they will be able to work onsite again. This in turn has lowered demand and reduced our capacity.
Knowing this has seriously affected your ability to find your next home. We are currently offering special benefits to anyone who might be impacted by these changes to ensure that you have a safe and clean space to live, without the concern of making an important life decision in a time of uncertainty.
We understand there is a lot of uncertainty in the coming months, here is how we can help you in saving time and money in finding your new home:
1. Time is money. Book with us now to avail up to 60% off!
If you secure a space with us for the summer until the month of August, you can avail up to less than 60% of our rates. Discounted summer rates are only applicable until August 1 and applicable to new leases.
We are incentivizing the first 80 guests that sign up for summer leases with up to a 60% discount until August. This is presenting an opportunity for students who want to stay in the area and not have to move out of their units and back in the Fall semester, particularly those that want to live independently during this period instead of moving back home.
2. Here for a good time, and not a long time?
So that you can feel comfortable finding a place to live without worrying too far into the future. We're one of the only companies in the area that allows you to book with our flexible leasing options. We want to make our process easy and simple from start to finish, so you can move in and out easily with flexible leasing and not worry about expensive fees.
Don't want to commit to a one year lease? We got you. Sign a lease with us for only one semester or book our available month-to-month option during the summer.

We will handle it for you! This includes: electricity, water, garbage, gas and billing, as well as waste and wastewater management. We'll continue to keep you entertained with high-speed internet to go with our various TV streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. and even furniture rental to complete the experience) and more.

Save time and money by sharing a unit, leave it to us to find roommates if you're renting alone, as sharing an apartment can significantly deduct your monthly fees.
